Instead of doing sports I wrote a bit about a hike that we did last year - despite a challenging forecast.
But as we were just well prepared with umbrellas, hats and ponchos we had a unique mountain experience! The rain and wind hit us right at the summit - but it was just a great moment in the elements! I wouldn't want to miss it!

Menschen brauchen Selen, vor allem die Schilddrüse. In Europa ist wenig Selen im Boden, weshalb Getreide unter 5 µg je 100 g enthält. Um auf die empfohlene 55 µg pro Tag zu kommen wird oft geraten Fleisch zu essen. Rinderfilet enthält etwa 35 µg je 100 g, Schweineleber 58 µg.
